摘  要:采用高剂量CIP(20mg/kg体质量)和SMM(100mg/kg体质量)联合肌注给药,同步检测试验猪各采血点的血药浓度,通过DAS药物动力学程序软件分析血药浓度—时间数据。结果显示:CIP和SMM在联用时药时数据均符合一级吸收二室开放模型,CIP主要的药动学参数:t1/2为(4.98±0.60)h,Vd为(6.61±0.81)L/kg,AUC为(21.79±1.01)(mg/L)·h,Cmax为(7.56±0.26)mg/L,t1/2Ka为(0.93±1.86)h;SMM主要的药动学参数:t1/2为(4.98±0.92)h,Vd为(1.06±0.19)L/kg,AUC为(679.99±13.17)(mg/L)·h,Cmax为(72.75±3.26)mg/L,t1/2Ka为(0.72±0.36)h。联合用药符合生产中多种药共用的情况,为以后多类属药物残留消除规律研究提供参考。The pharmacokinetie characteristics of ciprofloxacin (CIP) and sulfamonomethoxine (SMM) were investigated in plasma of swine after combinational intramuscular injection of CIP (20 mg/kg bw) and SMM (100 mg/kg bw). Blood samples were collected at different intervals after injection and the concentrations of CIP and SMM were determined by a simultaneous detection method based on HPLC-UV. The pharmacokinetic program DAS was used to analyze the concentration-time data. The results showed that the concentration-time data of CIP and SMM were both described by a one-com- partment open model with first-order absorption. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of CIP were as follows:t1/2 ,(4.98±0.60) h;Vd,(6.61±0.81) L/kg;AUC, (21. 79±1.01) (mg/L)· h,C (7.56±0.26) mg/L; t1/2Ka, (0.93±1.86) h. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of SMM were as follows:tl/2, (4. 98±0. 92) h;Vd ,(1.06±0. 19) L/kg;AUC,(679. 99±13.17) (rag/L)·h,Cmax, (72.75±3.26) rag/L; t1/2Ka ,(0. 72±0. 36) h. The combinational administration which is different from respective adminis- tration could provide the background for the residues elimination law of multi-class antibimics in tissues.
