摘 要:本试验旨在研究紫苏籽提取物对肉仔鸡免疫机能的影响,探讨其作用规律和调节机理。试验采用单因子试验设计,选择1日龄艾维茵肉鸡450只(公母各半),随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+0.05g/kg金霉素、基础日粮+0.5g/kg紫苏籽提取物、基础日粮+1.0g/kg紫苏籽提取物和基础日粮+1.5g/kg紫苏籽提取物。试验期分两阶段,第一阶段为1~3周龄,第二阶段为4~6周龄,测定试验各阶段肉鸡的存活率和免疫指标。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,0.5、1.0g/kg组4~6周龄和全程存活率均有所提高;1.5g/kg组的各阶段存活率均有所提高;(2)与对照组相比,0.5、1.0、1.5g/kg组使肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数、新城疫HI抗体效价、E花环形成百分率、淋巴细胞转化率、血清IgG均得到改进;(3)紫苏籽提取物在增强肉鸡免疫力方面,效果方面超过金霉素的效果。总之,紫苏籽提取物能增强免疫力,在肉鸡日粮中添加1.0g/kg紫苏籽提取物效果较好,紫苏籽提取物具有替代抗生素的潜力。This experiment was designed to study the change of immunity function of broilers adding the perilla frutescens extract to diets. Single factor trial design was used in our experb ment. Four hundred fifty one-day-old avian broilers were randomly allocated to five groups with three replicates of thirty broilers each. They were fed a basal diet 0.05 mg/kg aureomycin 0.5 g/ kg, 1.0 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg perilla frutescens, respectively. The experiment period was divided into two stages, 0-3rd week and 4th -6th week. The effect of perilla fruteseens extract on immune func- tion of broilers was studied at the end of 3th week old and 6th week old. The results showed: (1) Comparing with control group, the rate of survival of broilers from 0.5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg groups was raised during 4th -6th week or whole experiment period. The rate of survival of broilers from 1.5g/kg group was higher than the control group during the whole experiment period. (2) Comparing with control group, the immune organs index, ND antibody, the rate of erthr ocyte active rosette,T lymphocyte rate and serum IgG in 0.5 g/kg,1.0 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg groups were all raised. (3)The effect of perilla frutescens extract is better than that of aureomycin on improving the immunity function of broilers. We concluded that perilla frutescens extract could improve im- munity function of broilers. The effect of adding 1.0 g/kg perilla frutescens extract in broilers diet was better than other doses. Perilla frutescens extract will be potential substitute for antibiotics.
