墨西哥鼠尾草与齿叶薰衣草挥发油化学成分比较

摘　　要：采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取墨西哥鼠尾草和齿叶薰衣草挥发油,通过GC-MS分析其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明,墨西哥鼠尾草和齿叶薰衣草挥发油化学成分和含量有较大差别。Volatile oils of Salvia leucaatha and Lavandula dentata were xtracted separately by steam distillation. Their chemical components were determined by GC-MS and their relatixe contents were calculated by peak areas normalization method. The results showed that there were significant diffeiences between the components and contents of the volatile oils of Salvia leucantha and Lavandula dentate.
