某工业厂房的加层改造设计

摘　　要：因使用功能发生改变,某5层框剪结构工业厂房,需要加层改造为9层框剪结构的高档写字楼。对原有房屋进行现场检测和抗震鉴定,结果显示房屋基本符合我国现行各项规范要求。基于结构原有大跨度预应力梁截面过高等实际情况,制定该房屋的室内加层改造设计方案,提出采用两种桩基础进行基础加固、扩大截面法和黏贴碳纤维布补强原有框架柱的加固措施,对加层改造后的结构进行抗震验算分析,施工时采取沉降观测,改造效果良好。Because of the change of functions , a five-story frame-shear wall industrial workshop was reconstructed to a nine-story frame structure building used as top quality office building .The field inspection and seismic appraisal of the original building were conducted , the results showed that the building could meet various requirements of the present Chinese code basically .Based on the actual situation , like original large-span prestressed beam section was too high, the indoor retrofitting design program was made . Strengthening designs were proposed , including strengthening its base with two kinds of pile foundations , enlarging cross-section of original frame column and sticking CFRP laminates.Structure after adding layers was analyzed , settlement monitoring during the transformation process was carried out , and the retrofitting effect was excellent .
