摘　　要：对不同成分的聚氨酯改性环氧有机硅体系进行了热失重及力学性能的分析研究和表征;探讨了中空微球和增强纤维对涂料密度、力学性能和烧蚀性能的影响。通过大量试验及验证,研制出能满足使用要求的轻质弹性隔热涂料。In this paper, different components of polyurethane modified epoxy silicone system were analyzed with TGA and mechanical properties. The effect of coating density, mechanical properties and ablation properties on reinforcing fibers and hollow microspheres were investingated. Through a lot of experiments and validation, the flexible lightweight insulation coating were met the requirements.
