摘 要:空冷支架结构属电厂新型结构体系,结构体形相对复杂,下部为大直径混凝土管柱群,上部为设置挡风墙的空间平台,平台支撑着冷却设备。目前,仅DL 5022—2012《火力发电厂土建结构设计技术规程》给出了挡风墙的体型系数,其他部位风参数取值国家规范尚未涉及。由于平台上部A型布置的冷凝器属多孔透气构造,其表面风载体型系数取值无参考可言,抗风设计时有的风参数取值甚至不合理。通过刚性模型风洞试验及数值模拟,研究了冷凝器表面风压分布规律,获取了不同工况下冷凝器表面的风载体型系数,为空冷支架结构抗风设计提供基础资料。Support system of an air cooled condenser is a new type structure in thermal power plant , whose body shape is complex .Under structure are big diameter reinforced concrete pipe columns , up the structure is spatial steel truss with wind wall, and on the platform are air cooled condenser equipments .At present, wind load parameters of this kind of structure are not covered in present wind load code , the technical code for the design of civil structure of fossil-fuel power plant just gives the wind wall ’ s body coefficient .As the air cooled condenser equipment is an air permeability structure , when wind resistance design of the structure , the determination of the wind load body coefficient of air cooled condenser equipment lacks theoretical basis and has no reference , some wind parameters are not reasonable .According to the characters of the structures , a rigid model wind tunnel test and numerical simulation were carried out to study the pressure distribution rule and obtain the wind parameters of the structure .The accurate confirmation of cooled condenser equipment ’ s body coefficient under different conditions has important guiding meanings for the wind resistance design of this kind of structure .
