摘 要:大容量机组空冷支架结构属质量和刚度沿竖向分布不均匀的竖向混合结构,结构的扭转效应明显,地震作用复杂。大直径钢筋混凝土薄壁管柱为结构的主要抗侧力构件和耗能构件,结构抗震防线过于单一。强烈地震作用下,混凝土管柱底部及柱顶钢桁架连接部位为抗震设计的关键部位。目前,对大容量机组空冷支架结构抗震设计缺乏系统研究,国家相关规范对这方面内容很少涉及。为了确保空冷支架结构的安全,在模型抗震性能试验和大直径薄壁管柱承载力试验的基础上,提出了大容量机组空冷支架结构抗震设计方法和抗震构造措施。Support structure of air cooled condenser is a typical vertical hybrid structure whose stiffness and mass are non-uniform at vertical direction; torsion effect of the structure is obvious , earthquake response of the structure is complex.Research results show that the large-diameter and thin-walled reinforced concrete pipe columns are main lateral force resisting members in the structure , the damage of the structure is mainly concentrated on the bottom of the columns, structure’s earthquake resistance fortification is simplex .For lacking of systematic study on the seismic design method of this kind of structure , and little of its design cortents is involved in the national standards .In order to guarantee the safety of the support structure and equipment under earthquake action , based on the seismic behavior test of model structure and bearing capacity test of large-diameter and thin-walled reinforced concrete pipe columns , seismic design method and seismic measure are put forward to design support structure of air cooled condenser .
