摘  要:采用原位乳液聚合法制备了苯乙烯(St)-甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)共聚物[P(St-co-BMA)]/氧化石墨烯(GO)复合材料,分析了P(St-co-BMA)及其复合材料的结构与性能。P(St-co-BMA)/GO复合材料的玻璃化转变温度低于P(St-co-BMA),起始热分解温度远高于P(St-co-BMA)。当m(St)/m(BMA)为30∶70时,P(St-co-BMA)/GO复合材料的拉伸强度由P(St-co-BMA)的9.5 MPa升至23.7 MPa,提高近250%,且断裂伸长率没有明显降低。Poly(styrene-co-butyl methacrylate) [P(St-co-BMA)]/graphene oxide(GO) composites were synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization. The structure and properties of the composites were analyzed. The addition of GO could decrease the glass-transition temperature of P(St-co-BMA). The initial thermal decomposition temperature of P(St-co-BMA)/GO composites was much higher than that of P(St-co-BMA). The tensile strength of P(St-co-BMA)/GO composite reached 23.7 MPa, increasing by nearly 250% in comparison with 9.5 MPa of P(St-co-BMA) when the mass ratio of St to BMA was 30∶70, and the tensile elongation at break of the former did not decrease obviously.
