摘  要:采用流延法制备聚乳酸/硝酸银薄膜,再经紫外光辐照得到聚乳酸/纳米银复合薄膜。用扫描电子显微镜证实聚乳酸/纳米银复合薄膜中存在纳米银,且纳米银较均匀地分布在薄膜中。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法-热重分析表明:随着硝酸银含量的增加,聚乳酸/纳米银复合薄膜的结晶峰先变宽后变窄;纳米银起异相成核作用,促使聚乳酸结晶;当聚乳酸与硝酸银的质量比为100∶10,经紫外光辐照后,纳米银的粒径在100 nm以内,纳米效应得到体现,复合薄膜的热稳定性得到提高。Films of polylactic acid (PLA)/silver nitrate were prepared by casting method, and then PLA/nano-silver composite films were produced via ultraviolet irradiation. It was confirmed that nano-silver existed and evenly distributed in the composite films by means of scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG) showed that the crystallization peak of PLA/nano-silver composite films first widened and then narrowed when the content of silver nitrate increased. The crystallization of PLA was promoted owing to the effect of heterogeneous nucleation of nano-silver. The diameter of silver nano-particles was within 100 nm after ultraviolet irradiation when the mass ratio of PLA to silver nitrate was 100∶10. As a result, nano effect of silver nano-particles and consequently the thermal stability of the composite films were improved.
