摘 要:制备了环氧树脂(EP)/纳米SiO2复合材料,研究了纳米SiO2用量对复合材料结构和力学性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的断面形貌,分析了纳米SiO2的增韧机理。添加适量的纳米SiO2可显著提高EP的力学性能,添加6 phr纳米SiO2时,EP/纳米SiO2复合材料的力学性能最佳,拉伸剪切强度、弯曲强度、悬臂梁缺口冲击强度分别为13.8 MPa,86.1 MPa,11.6 kJ/m2;适量的纳米SiO2能改善EP的内部结构,具有明显的增韧补强作用。The authors prepared the epoxy resin/nano-SiO2 composite and studied the effects of nano-SiO2 dosage on its structure and mechanical properties. The fracture morphology of the epoxy resin/nano-SiO2 composite was observed by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the toughening mechanism of nano-SiO2 was analyzed. The mechanical properties of the epoxy resin could be enhanced remarkably by adding appropriate amount of nano-SiO2. The mechanical properties of the epoxy resin/nano-SiO2 composite were the best when the content of nano-SiO2 was 6 phr. The tensile shear strength, flexural strength, Izod notched impact strength were 13.8 MPa, 86.1 MPa,11.6 kJ/m2 respectively. Adding appropriate amount of nano-SiO2 could improve the internal structure of the composites and the nano-SiO2 had signally toughening and reinforcement effect on the composites.
