北极茴鱼亲鱼耗氧率和窒息点的研究

摘　　要：试验采用流水呼吸室法和静水呼吸室法,测定了北极茴鱼亲鱼在水温8.5-10.5℃条件下的耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明,北极茴鱼耗氧率具有昼夜节律性,耗氧高峰在12：00左右,低谷在6：00左右,最佳生长温度8-15℃。The oxygen consumption rate and the suffocation point of Thymallus arcticus grubei were mea- sured at low water temperature of 8.5-10.5 ℃. The day-night rhythm of the oxygen consumption rate was also observed in the experiment that the oxygen consumption rate was the highest at 12：00 and the lowest at 6：00. The optimum growth water temperature was 8-15 ℃.
