摘　　要：鱼类精子的超低温冷冻保存对鱼类种质资源保护、低温生物学、遗传育种和水产养殖业都具有重要的意义。鱼类精子超低温冷冻保存技术主要包括冷冻保存方法、抗冻保护液、降温、解冻速率、冷冻保存温度、抗冻剂去除等过程。本文就鱼类精子超低温冷冻保存技术及其应用进行了综述。Cryopreservation of fish gametes plays an important role in the preservation of seed resource, cry- obiology,genetics breeding and aquaculture. Fish sperm cryopreservation technology mainly includes the preser- vation method of freezing,anti freezing protection liquid, rate of cooling and thawing, freezing temperature,re- moval the antifreeze. This paper reviews the fish sperm cryopreservation tec, hnique and its application.
