摘　　要：城市数字信息化的快速发展使其对数字城管监控系统的需求不断提高。本文以淮南市城管监控系统为案例,提出采用视音频编码技术、网络处理技术以及智能的应用整合技术,借助网络化和智能化的联网架构,设计并实现了高效、便捷的远程监控一体化系统。为提高数字城管监控系统的信息化水平和城市监管综合管理水平提供有价值的建议与参考。With the rapid development of urban digital information technology , it improves the requirement of the digital urban management monitoring system .In this paper, we design and implement an intelligent urban monitoring management system , which exploits that audio coding technology, network processing technology, and the intelligent network architecture.According to our designed intelligent monitoring system , it can bring some valuable suggestion and reference for digital urban management moni-toring system.
