摘 要:为提高OGFC防水黏结层的黏结效果,研究不同外界因素对防水黏结层的影响。对改性稀浆封层作为防水黏结层进行了配合比设计,设计了拉拔试验、剪切试验、扭转剪切试验,分别研究防水黏结层的黏结强度、剪切强度、扭转剪切强度和扭转剪切角,研究了试验温度、浸水、冻融循环等对防水黏结层的强度影响。结果表明:偏粗型的稀浆混合料由于与OGFC的接触面积较大,各项性能优于偏细型的;扭转剪切试验比直接剪切试验更适合评价黏结层的黏结效果;外界条件改变后,改性稀浆封层作为OGFC的防水黏结层各项性能将相继发生改变。In order to improve the effect of waterproof adhesive layer bonding, and to study the different factors on the impact of waterproof adhesive layer, modified slurry seal is designed as waterproof adhesive layer of OGFC. Pull-out test, shear test, torsional shear tests are designed to study the bond strength, shear strength, torsional shear strength and torsional shear angle of the waterproof adhesive layer. The effects on waterproof adhesive layers from test temperature, water, freeze-thaw cycles and others have been studied. The results show that partial coarse modified slurry mixture, due to its large contact area, has a better performance than the partial thin type~ torsional shear test is more suitable to evaluate the bonding results than the direct shear test; and after changing external conditions, the performance of modified slurry seal would change successively as the waterproof bonding layer of OGFC..
