摘　　要：历史文化村镇是文化遗产的重要组成部分。陕西省有相当数量的村镇具备申报国家级、省级历史文化名镇名村的资格,对陕西省历史文化村镇的现状进行梳理,对其研究动态进行评述,认为应该完善历史文化名镇名村保护的地方法规体系,对全省历史文化村镇资源进行普查、备案,建立资源数据库,积极申报相应等级的历史文化村镇。Historic ＆ cultural towns and villages are very important parts of cultural heritage. In Shaanxi province, there are a number of towns and villages which could be declared national and provincial famous historic and cultur- al towns and villages. As reviewing the present research for them, it proposes that the local legal system should be improved to protect the famous historical and cultural towns and villages, by resources census, record, and re- sources database establishment, and then actively declares corresponding protecting levels of historical and cultural towns and villages.
