摘 要:介绍双馈式升降机系统概况,通过理论推导、软件仿真、微型系统模拟,分析基于双馈电机的升降机与电网之间的功率流向,比较双馈式与传统VVVF调速式升降机的能耗,认为采用双PWM换流器对双馈电机的转子进行交流励磁,不仅可以调节定子侧的功率因数、实现无极调速,还可以把原本消耗在转子电阻上的电能回馈到电网,具有良好的节能效果。This paper introduces the general situation of double-fed machine system,analyzes the power flow direction through theory derivation,software simulation,micro-system simulation,compares the consuming energy between the lifts based on the double-fed motor and the grid,and compares it with traditional VVVF speed lift,considers that the AC ex-citation of the double-fed motor rotor with double-PWM con-verter not only can adj ust power factor of the stator and a-chieve stepless speed regulation,but also can make the elec-trical energy consumed at the rotor resistors fed back into the grid,The result shows that the lift based on the double-fed motor has good energy saving effect.
