摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通的迅速发展,以及智能电网的建设,轨道交通的电能质量越来越受到供、用电双方共同的重视,因此,亟需建立轨道交通电能质量管理系统。本文首先介绍了轨道交通电能质量管理系统的研究背景与现状,然后给出了电能质量管理系统的架构设计,并在此基础上提出电能质量系统统计与分析、评估的方案,有效地提高了运营管理人员的工作效率和有效性。With the rapidly development of urban rail transit and smart grid, power quality has attracted more and more attention. It is necessary to establish the power quality management system. Firstly, background and current situation of power quality management system has been introduced. Then, the paper gives architecture design of electric energy management system, based on it, the plan of statistics, analysis and evaluation has been put forward to improve the operation management personnel＇s working efficiency and effectiveness.
