摘 要:背光源叠片机的定位机构是对膜片进行高精度定位。采用对膜片四边定位的机构,精度高,稳定性强。因此对膜片四边定位的机构是合理有效的。介绍了定位机构的组成和设计理论依据,其中光纤安装机构和微调装置是要点,光纤安装机构,结构简单,且易操作,节省了调试时间:微调装置,快速解决膜片歪斜问题,稳定可靠,提高了产品良率。The positioning mechanism of backlight lamination machine is highly accurate positioning to diaphragm. Using the four sides positioning mechanism to diaphragm,it has high precision and stability. So the four sides positioning mechanism to diaphragm is reasonable and effective. The article describes the composition of positioning mechanism and the theoretical basis of the design. The optical fiber mounting mechanism and the fine-tune device is the highlight of this article. The optical fiber mounting mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and easy to operate in order to save the debugging time;the fine-tune device solves quickly the problem of diaphragm deflection,it is stable and reliable in order to improve the yield of the product
