摘 要:结合2只/s全自动IC编带机研制课题,对IC编带机的取料机构进行设计与研究:首先,根据IC编带机的工作原理和整体结构要求,对机构中各构件以及连接方式进行了结构设计;并利用运动仿真分析软件ADAMS建立双摆杆取料机构的模型,进行运动仿真分析及机构的干涉检验;并对模型进行运动学分析,推导出任意时刻模型的运动方程,分析绘制出双摆杆取料机构中两摆杆的位移、角速度、角加速度曲线图;最后,利用SolidWorks软件对两摆杆进行受力分析,根据分析结果,对结构进行改进,使设计更完善。Connected with the researched and manufacture task of 1C taping machine whose efficiency was two products per second, fetching IC mechanism is designed and researched on IC taping machine in the paper .Firstly, according to the workings and the whole structure of IC taping machine, Structure design was done to parts and how to joint among parts of the double-linkage fetching IC mechanism.The double-linkage fetching IC mechanism model was built and simulation analysis was done and interference was tested in ADAMS software.Movement analysis were made to the model, then kinematics equation of the model were researched and deduced in any time. Meanwhile displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration diagram of curves were drawn and analyzed. Finally, Forces analysis were made to links in SolidWorks software, according to the result, structure were mend again, design of double-linkage fetching IC mechanism becomes very perfect.
