摘　　要：波峰焊接工艺中,治具起到了很重要的辅助作用,它有助于提高焊接品质,保护和支撑PCB及其元器件,实现连续生产,减轻工人的劳动强度等。从制作材料,工艺设计,维修保养等几个方面,介绍波峰焊治具的相关知识。In w ave soldering process,the fixture plays a great supporting role,and it helps to im prove soldering quality,protect and sustain PC B and its com ponents,achieve continuous production and reduce the labor intensity of w orkers.From the aspects of m aterials,process design,m aintenance and other parts,this paper introduces related know ledge of w ave soldering fixture.
