摘　　要：目的 探讨甘露糖结合凝集素（mannose-binding lectin,MBL）基因rs1800450与宁夏人群肺结核易感性的关系.方法 采用病例-对照研究,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）方法分析病例组（900例）及对照组（870例）MBL rs1800450基因型,并进行单因素分析和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析.结果 rs1800450 G、A等位基因频率和GG、GA、AA基因型频率在病例组和对照组中的分布均有显著性差异.在隐性模型中,携带AA基因型的个体发病危险性较携带GG和GA的个体有增高趋势（P＜0.05,OR=1.985,95％ CI为1.388 ～ 2.840）.结论 携带MBL基因rs1800450 AA基因型的宁夏个体患肺结核的风险增高.Objective To explore the relationship between SNP polymorphisms in the mannose -binding lec- tin （MBL）gene and susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB）among the populations in Ningxia of China. Methods A case - control design was used for recruiting the PTB cases and matched health controls,in term of sex, nationality and similar ages. Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism （ PCR -RFLP） approche was applied for analysing SNP of rs1800450 in MBL gene. The univariate analysis andmultivariate analysis were carried out to compare the variations of genetypes in different groups. The significant level was read at P value 〈 0.05 in 95 % confident limits. Results The d istributions of the SNP on MBL gene among the 900 PTB cases and 870 health match controls were assessed at （ P 〉 0.05 ） amongst local popula- tions. The frequencies of genotype regarding rs1800450 allele G, A in MF;L gene and genotypes GG, GA, AA were significantly different between groups of cases and controls. The incidence of recessive model with AA genotype tended to increase risk comparing with GG and GA individuals tended to increase. Conclusions The SNP on MBL gene,the rs18004501oci polymorphism represents the susceptibility to PTB among Ningxia popu- lations,which particularly demonstrates increasing the risk to PTB infecton in the recessive model with AA genotypes.
