摘  要:对活性石灰回转窑用复合砖的性能和结构进行研究。结果表明:烧后复合砖工作层的强度达到103.2MPa,保温层的强度达到18.9MPa;工作层与保温层的界面基本消失,产生了新的过渡相,两相结合更加牢固,不易脱落,能满足生产的需要。复合砖内衬在活性石灰回转窑上有很好的使用效果,使窑体表面温度降低了50℃左右,使用寿命由原来的小于8个月提高到32个月。This paper mainly researched the performance and microstructural changes of the composite brick.It was found that the compressive strength of the work layer reached 103.2 MPa and of the insulation layer reached 18.9 MPa.The interface disappeared while the new transition phase appeared after being fired,and the two phases became much compacter and not easy to fall off,which met the needs of production well.The composite brick lining had good effects on the rotatory kiln which was used to produce active lime,the surface temperature of the kiln decreased more than 50 ℃,and the lifetime increased from less than 8 months to more than 3 2 months.
