摘 要:行波管发射机在现代机载雷达领域得到了广泛应用。由于机载雷达对体积的小型化要求日益严格,电路结构更加紧密,因此,电磁兼容的重要性更为突出。文章通过理论分析和工程设计,阐述电磁兼容技术在发射机设计中的应用。结合实际应用,文章具体介绍了在电源入口的防雷保护、在信号线采取的屏蔽皮接地方法、空间屏蔽和在高压回路中的安全接地与保护等电磁兼容策略,并且讨论了发射机输出信号频谱控制的常用途径。Traveling wave tube (TWT) transmitter is commonly used in modern airborne radar. The need of rigorous Miniaturization of size makes the structure of circuit much more and more compact, which raises the importance of EMC design for transmitter. The paper introduced the principle of EMC technology, which is ap- plied in the design of a kind of TWT transmitter. In With the application in the transmitter, the EMC method such as lightning protection in the entry of power, the grounding of signal shielded twisted pair, and space shielding and safe grounding of high voltage circuit is discussed. And the spectrum control on the output signal of the transmitter is also discussed.
