摘 要:架空输电线路分布野外,甚至很大一部分处于山区丘陵地带,地理环境和气象条件极为恶劣。在夏秋之际,经常会遭遇突发性雷雨天气,这大大增加了因雷击引起的线路跳闸故障次数。为提高线路耐雷水平,降低雷击跳闸率。针对2012年7月13日某起典型线路跳闸事故,结合线路故障巡视、当天天气情况、雷电监测定位系统的监测数据以及耐雷水平的计算,明确该起线路跳闸故障的主要原因及故障位置。最后针对事故原因及所暴露的问题,提出相应防范措施,降低类似事故发生率,确保电网安全可靠运行。Overhead transmission lines are distributed in the wild, even a considerable part of Most of the transmission lines area lie in the countryside and mountain area, the geographical environment and climatic conditions of which are harsh. In this paper, the main cause of lightning trip-out failure and fault location are highlighted for an actual line tripping accident On July 13, 2012, combined with fault inspection, the weather of that day, the data of lightning measuring and orientation system and the calculation of protection level. Finally, the corresponding preventive measures are stated based on cause and problems exposed of the accident in the article in order to avoid such failure, moreover insure grid running safety and reliability.
