摘　　要：当前国内电力系统中,TASE.2协议主要用在上下级调度(或集控)中心之间,实现实时数据的转发,只用到TASE.2协议功能块1和2。在国外电力系统中,TASE.2协议较多用在同一电力企业不同的应用系统间,可能在一个系统(如地理信息系统)上进行遥控,由另一个系统(如调度主站系统)完成真正的操作,要用到功能块5。本文介绍了使用TASE.2协议进行遥控的一种可行的实现方法。。In the current power system of China, TASE.2 is mainly used between higher and lower control centers for exchanging real data. Generally, only conformance block 1 and 2 are used. But in the power system of foreign countries, TASE.2 is more used in different applications of a power enterprise. Remote control may be operated on an application（such as geographical information system） and be completed by another application（such as EMS/SCADA ）. This will be based on conformance 5. This paper describes a feasible method to realize remote control by TASE.2.
