摘  要:为鉴定红花槭和自由人槭的抗寒性,以不同年龄的观赏树种红花槭(4a生苗、3a生苗)和自由人槭(1a生苗)的1a休眠枝条为材料,以当地乡土树种五角枫(3a生苗)的1a休眠枝条为对照,通过测定低温半致死温度(LT50)和在自然越冬过程中相关生理指标(含水量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛)变化来探究各树种抗寒性的强弱及生理生化基础。LT50分别由不同冷冻处理(-10,-15,-20,-25,-30,-35,-40℃)枝条的相对电导率和钾离子(K+)相对渗出率的Logistic曲线方程计算得出。结果表明:两种方法测得红花槭4a生苗、红花槭3a生苗、自由人槭和五角枫枝条LT50分别为-30.1,-24.1,-35.4,-38.7℃和-29.6,-24.7,-33.7,-37.5℃。在自然越冬过程中,束缚水/自由水比值、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛的含量随着温度的降低均呈现先增加后下降的趋势。综合分析得出4种试验材料抗寒性由强到弱依次为:五角枫>自由人槭>红花槭4a生苗>红花槭3a生苗。In order to indentify the strength of cold hardiness of safflower Maple and free man maple, different age safflower maple (4a,3a) and free man maple(la) which were excellent ornamental trees as research subjects. Use one-year shoots of local native tree species Acer elegantulum (3a) as control, to illustrate the strength of cold hardiness of each species through the study of the semi- lethal temperature (LT50) and changes in physiological indicators (water content, soluble sugar, soluble protein, malondialdehyde) in the process of natural wintering,the semi-lethal temperature (LTs0) of relative electric conductivity and relative leakage of K^+ by different temperatures (-10,-15,-20,-25,-30,-35,-40℃) were represented using Logistic equation. The results showed that the Logistic equation could be calculated the semi-lethal temperatures of the relative electric conductivity were -30.1,-24.1,-35.4,-38.7℃; and the semi-lethal temperature of the relative leakage of K+ were -29.6,-24.7,-33.7,-37.5℃. Among natural wintering process, the radio of bound and free water and the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde showed a downward trend after the first increase with decreasing temperature. Among the four species, the cold resistance of Acer elegantulum stick was the strongest, followed by free man maple, safflower maple (4a) and safflower maple (3a).
