滚筒气力式排种装置中心轴气孔位置对气场的影响

摘  要:滚筒气力式精密排种装置一直是国内外科研的攻关重点。依据气孔分布位置不同,设计两个方案的负压半轴,利用Fluent软件进行滚筒流场模拟,分析中心轴轴孔位置对流场的压力分布和速度分布的影响。模拟分析结果表明:气孔位置集中靠近中心轴中部位置时,流场中压力分布和速度分布都比较均匀和稳定,吸气流虽有少量相互重叠,但扰动现象较少,这些对提高负压室吸种和运种的工作效率和质量都是有利的。Vegetables precision metering is one of the key research projects in China and other countries. Two types of negative pressure semi-shaft of different hole positions were designed and CFD software Fluent was used to simulate and analyse the effect of hole positions in the shaft on pressure and velocity distribution of air flow. The results showed that the pressure and velocity of air flow were uniform and stable when the holes were set close to the center of the shaft. Though the air flow had some overlap in It is advantageous for increasing efficiency and quality of negative pressure seed taking and delivery.
