摘 要:通过对LED一次透镜曲面的分析,建立了透镜表面的数学模型,经过计算得到相应的微分方程,运用龙格-库塔法计算得到透镜中心截面曲线的数据,再将此数据导入Soliworks当中得到中心曲线,之后,通过软件进行曲面扫描、镜像和缝合处理,得到相应透镜的三维模型,接着将该三维模型导入Tracepro中,并作相应的设置进行光学仿真得到所需正方形光场的图像和数据。最后,将设计好的透镜模型进行3×3的阵列设计得到最终的加强正方形均匀光场。The math model of the lens surface was established by analyzing the curve of the first lens.The opposite differential equation was obtained by making certain calculations.By making use of the Runge-Kutta method,the data of the curve of the lens' centre cross section was gotten.And then the data was imported into the Solidworks to obtain the centre curve.Then,using the software to make curved surface scanning,images and stitching process,the corresponding three-dimensional model of the lens was gotten,and then it was imported into the Tracepro to get the corresponding images and data of the square light field based on setting appropriate settings to undergo optical simulations.Finally,by making a 3×3array design for the designed lens model,the corresponding enhanced homogeneously square light field was obtained.
