摘 要:为给香榧科学施肥提供理论依据,以1年生香榧叶片为研究对象,对叶片中的氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、锰、铜、锌这8种矿质元素含量及其季节性的变化规律进行了测定与分析。结果表明:在香榧叶片中的8种矿质元素中,氮元素的含量最高,在果实膨大初期,叶片中氮元素含量的下降幅度较大,为26.5%,而后保持平稳状态,并在次年1月有所回升;在整个采样过程中,磷、钾元素含量均呈现下降的变化趋势,其下降幅度分别为54.0%和42.9%;在果实膨大初期,叶片中的氮、磷、钾、镁、锌这5种元素的含量均有不同程度的下降,而叶片中的钙、锰、铜这3种元素在整个实验过程中均呈现上升趋势,香榧叶片中镁元素的含量一直呈现下降的变化趋势;香榧叶片中磷元素与钾、镁两种元素间呈现出显著的正相关关系,说明这几个元素间存在着相互促进的作用,而磷元素与钙、锰两种元素呈现出显著的负相关关系,说明这几个元素间存在着一定的拮抗作用;钙元素与锌元素也存在着极显著的正相关关系。In order to provide a theory basis for scientiifc fertilization in Torreya grandis, taking one-year T. grandis leaves as materials, contents and seasonal dynamic variations of eight mineral elements were determined and analyzed. The results show that:N content in leaves is the highest in the eight elements measured, and it is decreased by 26.5%at the early stage of fruit enlargement, and keeps at a stable status, and then is increased in January of the next year. P and K are decreased by 54.0%and 42.9%respectively, during the whole sampling process. At the early stage of fruit enlargement, contents of N, P, K, Mg and Zn are decreased at different degrees, while contents of Ca, Mn, and Cu show rising trends during the whole experiment process and are different from papaya and hickory. Mg content shows a declining trend. P content has signiifcantly positive correlation with contents of K and Mg, which indicate a mutual promotion between the elements. P content has signiifcantly negative correlation with contents of Ca and Mn, which reveal some antagonistic action between the elements. Ca content has extremely signiifcantly positive correlation with Zn content.
