摘 要:高压加热器管程封闭焊缝的无损检测一直是个难点,普通环焊缝的射线检测方法无法实施。介绍了一种在换热管中放置射线源的方法,来实现对高压加热器管程封闭焊缝的射线照相检测。经过多次试验改进,检测效果良好,成功地应用在了核电常规岛高压加热器、低压加热器管程封闭焊缝的射线检测上。其它的管壳式换热器也可以参照这种方法来实现对封闭焊缝的射线检测。The nondestructive examination for the closure weld of the high pressure heater tube side has always been a difficulty,for the radiography technique for the general circumferential weld cannot be implemented.This paper describes an exposure technique that placing a radiation source in the heat exchange tube to achieve the radiography examination for the closure weld of the HP heater tube side.After several tests and improvements,this exposure technique works well.And it was successfully applied in the radiography examination of the closure welds on the HP and LP heater.Other shell and tube heat exchangers can also refer to this exposure technique to achieve the radiography examination of closure welds.
