浅谈发展我国老年人体育的社会价值

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和综合分析法,分别对我国人口老龄化以及老年人体育的发展现状进行分析,探讨发展我国老年人体育社会价值的具体内容。通过对发展我国老年人体育的社会价值的研究,提出了实现发展我国老年人体育可持续发展的对策与建议,为发展我国老年人体育事业提供科学的理论支撑。By using the method of literature review and comprehensive analysis , this paper respectively discusses the development of China＆#39;s population aging and the elderly sports status quo , analyzes the development of the specific content of the elderly sports social value in China .Through the research on the development of the social value of the elderly sports in China , the author proposed the implementation development countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the elderly sports in China , and provided the scientific theory for the development of our elderly support undertakings of physical culture and sports .
