摘　　要：在信息技术迅猛发展的今天,智能手机中包含了大量的用户信息,而这些数据往往是办案人员进行案件跟踪的重要线索来源。在司法实践中,智能手机作为物证和电子数据存储源的地位越来越突出,对智能手机进行电子数据提取逐步成为电子取证领域新的研究方向和热点。文章以Android智能手机为主要研究对象,通过现有的技术和工具,提取并分析手机中存储的数据,规范取证流程,推进电子数据取证的进一步发展。With the rapid development of information technology, the smart -phone usually contains a large quantity of user information, and this information often serves as an important clues source for the case tracing by the case-handler. In judicial practice, the smartphone becomes increasingly prominent in its position as an evidence and electronic data storage source ,and the electronic data extraction from the smart-phone also gradually becomes the new research direction and hot topic in the field of electronic forensics. With Android smart-phone as the main research object and by the existing technologies and tools,the information stored in the smart-phone is extracted and analyzed, the electronic data forensic process standardized, and the further development of electronic data forensics promoted.
