摘　　要：目前，精细化管理理念已深入人心，并广泛运用于社会各行各业。在公安警卫部队推行精细化管理有着重要的现实意义。结合杭州公安警卫部队实际，对公安警卫部队精细化管理的基本特征：和步骤，公安警卫部队精细化管理的重要环节等进行探讨。At present, the refined management philosophy has won a support arrtong the people and it Is widely usea in all walks of life. The implementation of the fine management of public securily forces has a realistic significance. This paper, based on the actual Hangzhou security forces, makes a study of sotae beneficial explorations of the fine management security forces, hoping to provide some reference for each unit to strengthen the standardization construction.
