农户分化程度对农地流转行为及规模的影响

摘　　要：研究农地流转行为及规模对完善我国农地流转制度具有重要的现实意义。本文基于中国4省样本农户的调查数据,运用多分类Logistic模型和多元线性回归模型,实证检验了农户分化程度对农地流转的影响。研究将农户分化程度分为水平分化程度和垂直分化程度,前者用农户非农劳动力占劳动力总数的比例表征,后者用农户人均年纯收入水平表征。研究表明:①农户分化程度对农地流转行为有重要的影响,其中,农户水平分化程度对农户的农地转出行为有显著的正向影响,同时,对农户的农地转入行为有显著的负向影响;与农户水平分化程度的影响不同,农户垂直分化程度对农户农地转出和转入行为均有显著的正向影响。②农户分化程度对农地流转规模的影响与对农地流转行为的影响存在差异,农户水平分化程度仅对农户农地转出面积有显著的正向影响,但对农户农地转入面积的影响不显著;农户垂直分化程度仅对农户农地转入面积有显著的正向影响,但对农户农地转出面积的影响不显著。虽然如此,农户农地转出面积主要还是受农户农地资源禀赋约束,而农户农地转入面积则更大程度上受到农户垂直分化程度的影响。Research into the action of farmland transfer and its scale has important practical significance for improving farmland transfer systems. Based on survey data from four provinces in China,this study tested the impact of the degree of rural-household differentiation on farmland transfer using multiple logistic modeling and multiple linear regression modeling. The degree of rural-household differentiation can be divided into a horizontal differentiation degree and vertical differentiation degree. The former is defined as the proportion of non-agricultural labour in rural-households and the latter is defined as per capita annual net income of rural-households. Our results show that the degree of rural-household differentiation has an important influence on farmland transfer. The horizontal differentiation degree has a positive influence on the action of rural-households＇ farmland outward transfer and a negative influence on the action of rural-households＇ farmland inward transfer. Unlike the influence of horizontal differentiation degree,the vertical differentiation degree has a positive influence on the action of rural-households＇ farmland outward and inward transfer. However,the horizontal differentiation degree only has a positive influence on the area of rural-households＇ farmland outward transfer,and no significant influence on the area of rural-households＇ farmland inward transfer. The vertical differentiation degree only has a positive influence on the area of rural-households＇ farmland inward transfer and no influence on the area of rural-households＇ farmland outward transfer. Nevertheless,the area of rural-households＇ farmland outward transfer is mainly influenced by the farmland of rural-households and the area of rural-households＇ farmland inward transfer is mainly influenced by the vertical differentiation degree of rural-households.
