摘  要:提出一种混合控制策略以实现永磁同步电机在全速范围内的无速度传感器控制,在中、高速范围内,采用基于基波模型的滑模观测器法估算电机转子速度与位置。在零速、低速范围内,为避免滑模法的缺陷则切换到高频信号注入法。实现了滑模观测器法的应用,测算出滑模法的应用速度下限,确立混合模式下速度切换区的依据。试验仿真结果表明:结合滑模观测器法与高频注入法的混合模式能够有效降低算法切换过程中的抖振,实现了永磁同步电机在全速范围内的无速度传感器控制。A hybrid control strategy was proposed,in order to realize the position-sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) at full speed range. The sliding mode observer method based on fundamental wave model was used for estimating the motor rotor speed and position at medium and high speed range.While at low or zero speed range,in order to avoid the defects of sliding mode observer,it switches to the high frequency injection method. The application of sliding mode observer was achieved. And the speed limit of sliding mode observer was measured,which is used as basis for establishing a speed switching area of mixed mode. The experiment simulation results show that the mixed mode of sliding mode observer and high frequency injection can effectively reduce the chatter in the process of switching of algorithm,and the control of PMSM is realized at full speed range.
