凸极同步电机匝间耐压试验研究

摘  要:介绍了电机定子线圈匝间耐压试验过程及常见的试验波形,研究了凸极同步电机整机匝间冲击耐压试验过程出现的一些不完全重合波形,说明了凸极同步电机电枢周围气隙不均匀,使定子三相线路的主电抗发生变化,从而使定子三相线路中每相的匝间耐压试验波形均不完全重合。提出了判断凸极同步电机定子匝间是否故障的方法,并用实例验证匝间故障分析方法的正确性。The motor stator coil turn-to-turn impulse high voltage pulse test process and usual wave shapes were introduced. Some wave shapes were researched,which are not exactly coincide in turn-to-turn impulse high voltage pulse test of salient pole synchronous machines,and the interspace of armature in salient pole synchronous machines is not uniform,so that the stator three-phase circuit impedance would change thus the inter-turn voltage withstand test wave shapes in each stator phase line are not exactly coincident. Method on judging motor stator turn-to-turn faults was provided. And the correctness of analysis method is proved by examples.
