摘　　要：在影响港口产业安全的众多因素中,外资控制是外部威胁中的重要因素之一。我国港口产业近期受外资控制而产生产业安全威胁的主要表现在来自于外资对港口业集装箱市场的争夺、外资对港口产业的寡头垄断以及缺乏港口产业的外商投资立法等三个方面。针对上述威胁,我国需要加快港口产业的外商投资立法,打破港口产业的寡头垄断,扩大和巩固内资产业公司对港口集装箱市场的占有和控制。Among the many factors that affect the safety of the port industry, foreign capital control is one of the important factors in the external threats. The main industry security threats from the recent foreign capital control to port industry in China includes foreign competition for the container market, foreign oligopoly of the port industry and the lack of foreign investment law in port industry. In response to these threats, China needs to accelerate foreign investment legislation, break the oligopoly of port industry, expand and consolidate the container port industry market share and control of domestic companies.
