摘　　要：国家主席习近平在访问中亚四国时,提出了共建"丝绸之路经济带"的伟大设想,这是中国梦,也是世界梦。新疆位于"丝绸之路"的中部路段,本文通过对"丝绸之路"新疆段旅游景观的总体开发规划,增强新疆"丝绸之路"沿线经济转型,经济结构合理化,增强城市的吸引力感染力,对周边区域的带动、引导、集聚起到促进作用。发展"丝绸之路"新疆段的旅游项目开发可以充分发掘和开发其深厚的文化内涵,增强文化历史认同感。President Xi Jinping during his visit to four countries in Central Asia, proposed to build a ＂Silk Road economic zone＂ is a great idea, which is the Chinese dream, a dream world. Xinjiang is located in the ＂Silk Road＂ in the middle section. Based on the ＂Silk Road＂ section of the overall development plan of Xinjiang tourism landscape, enhancing Xinjiang ＂Silk Road＂ along the economic restructuring, rationalization of the economic structure, and enhance the attractiveness of the city＇s appeal, driving on the surrounding area, guide, gathering from to promote. Xinjiang Silk Road Tourism Development Project Development segment can fully explore and develop its profound cultural connotations, and enhance cultural and historical identity.
