摘  要:在输配电系统中,合理配置无功补偿装置是提高电压质量、增强系统稳定性、节能降耗和提高有功功率输送能力的重要措施。无功补偿装置运行状况的好坏,直接影响着电力系统的供电质量、安全稳定运行。但由于并联电容器无功补偿装置基本为固定式补偿,在负荷变化较大的地区,经常会出现过补偿的现象和过电压的问题,而动态无功补偿装置造价大,维护难度大。在地区电网的适用性不强。同时,并联电容器装置所用的干式空芯串联电抗器,其发生的故障中70%为匝间短路故障所引起,出现匝间短路后,后果往往是电抗器起火烧毁。本文依据芜湖供电公司近几年并联电容器装置的故障为参考,为解决上述问题,研制了一套无功分组自动控制补偿兼电抗器匝间短路保护装置。Reasonably allocating reactive power compensation units in the power transmission and distribution system is an important measure to improve the voltage quality ,to strengthen the system stability, to save energy .and to improve the active power delivery capacity.The running state of reactive power compensation units influences the power supply quality and safe and stable operation of the electric power system directly.However,as most reactive power compensation units of parallel capacitor mainly adopt the fixed compensation,it is very likely to appear over-compensation and over-voltage in regions with larger load change.The dynamic reactive power compensation units are expensive and hard-to-maintain.Therefore ,the applicability in regional power grid is weak.In addition, the 70% of faults in the dry-type air series reactor used in parallel capacitors are caused by the inter-turn short circuit fault,which always have the electric reactor burnt.This paper takes the parallel capacitors used by Wuhu Power Supply Company in the past years as reference and researches a set of equipment with functions of automatic control of reactive power grouping and inter-turn short circuit fault protection.
