摘　　要：目的了解中老年高血压人群电话及网络健康教育干预的效果。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取2008年8月在安徽省立医院健康体检中心体检的四个区81家单位,对其中两个区41家单位455例中老年高血压患者进行健康教育干预,另两区40家单位427例中老年高血压患者作为对照,干预组定期通过电话、短信及网络平台进行个体化干预管理,随访4年。结果经过4年健康教育干预后,干预组高血压人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率明显上升(均P<0.01);血压水平下降(P<0.01);饮酒检出率显著下降(P<0.01),体育锻炼人数明显增多(P<0.01),但吸烟及超重检出率变化差异无统计学意义。结论电话、短信及网络方式对中老年高血压患者进行健康教育干预,可积极有效地控制高血压。Objective To assess the effect of telephone and internet health education intervention on the eld-erly hypertension in the middle area of Anhui.Methods Eighty one enterprise and public institutions from four dis-tricts were selected by using cluster sampling method to divided into two groups.Four hundreds and fifty five hyperten-sive cases from 41 enterprise and public institutions were screened from two districts as intervention group,427 hyper-tensive cases from 40 enterprise and public institutions were screened from another two districts as control group.Reg-ular health education and intervention were administered and followed up for 4 year by telephone,text message and in-ternet platform in intervention group.Results After 4 year health education intervention,the awareness rate,treat-ment rate and control rate of intervention group increased significantly.The blood pressure of intervention group were decreased significantly.The rate of drinking was decreased,while the rate of physical activity was increased;and the rate of smoking and overweight were no obvious change.Conclusion Health education intervention by telephone,text message and internet are effective in improving the control rate of in elderly patients hypertension.
