摘　　要：为了解决福州南部地区电力通信网络与福州地调相连的跨江段普通光缆易受外力破坏导致网络中断的问题,文章提出利用SDH微波与光传输通信技术混合组网方式,构建跨越闽江的地面(光纤)—空中(微波)通信容灾系统。通过将微波链路无缝接入已有的SDH光传输网络,形成微波链路与光传输链路之间的自愈保护环。当地面(光纤)通道发生故障中断时,业务可自动切换至空中(微波)通道上运行,保证了电网实时运行数据和生产管理信息的安全可靠传输。To solve the network interruption problem when the river-crossing optical cables connecting the power grid communication network in southern part of Fuzhou and the central station are damaged by external forces, this paper proposes a hybrid network mode of SDH microwave and optical transmission communication technology, builds a ground （optical fiber） and air （microwave） disaster recovery system across the Min River. By means of seamless accessing the microwave links to the existing SDH optical transmission network, it forms a self-healing protection loop between microwave link and optical link. When the optical fiber route on the ground is broken, data transmission can be automatically switched to the aerial microwave route, so that the real-time operation data and management information of power grid can be transmitted safely and reliably.
