摘　　要：针对国网秦皇岛供电公司信息内网联网设备缺乏有效技术手段管理的现状,设计了一个IP地址管控系统。将管控系统设备布置在信息内网,网管通过内网终端可以访问。该系统的使用可以杜绝IP盗用、IP冲突、实现快速隔离信息安全隐患设备等功能,做到信息内网设备联网可控、能控,从而提升秦皇岛信息内网信息安全管控水平。As the lack of the effective management to terminal equipment in the intranet of Qinhuangdao power supply company, an IP address management system is designed. The system device is arranged in the intranet, and the network manager can access the system from an intranet terminal. The system can prevent IP theft, IP conflict, and realize the function of quick isolation unsafety terminal equipment, that makes the intranet equipment controllable, and enhances the Qinhuangdao intranet security management level.
