摘 要:矿用皮带给煤机用在上级运煤皮带机头煤仓底部,实现对下级运煤皮带的定量给煤,煤矿给煤机在复杂多变的环境中长期运行,出现故障的几率较大。为了提高给煤机的运行时间,特别是给煤机驱动滚筒的可靠性,东曲矿对给煤机运行工况、使用情况及驱动滚筒的结构进行了分析,论述了驱动滚筒的受力及传动特点,找出了给煤机现有结构及在现场使用中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题进行改进,优化了给煤机驱动滚筒结构。改进后,给煤机运行稳定,提升了设备的可靠性,减轻了工人劳动强度,节约了成本。Mine belt coal feeder is located in the bottom of the up one level belt conveyor coal bunker, realizes the coal is rationed to the next level conveyer belt. The coal feeder is long - time running in a complex environment, so it is more likely to appear malfunctions. In order to improve the running time of the coal feeder, especially the driving roll reliability of the coal feeder, the operational states, service condition and driving roll structure of the coal feeder are analyzed. Discusses the force and transmission characteristics of the driving roll, finds out the existing problems of the coal feeder structure and the field use, and in view of the existing problems, optimized the driving roll structure of the coal feeder. After improvement, the coal feeder operation is stable, enhances the reliability of equipment, reduces the labor intensity of workers and saves the cost.
