摘　　要：近几年来,随着国家产业政策的不断调整、环保法规的不断完善以及对炼焦行业准入标准的提高,高效、无污染、资源化成为脱硫工艺的发展主流。本文描述了焦化厂煤气脱硫系统的现状,结合熔硫系统、脱硫塔等实际存在的问题进行了改造,改造后烟气SO2排放浓度达到了新环保法规的排放限值,取得了经济、环保的双赢。In recent years, with the constant adjustment of national industrial policy, the continuous improvement of the environmental protection laws and the admittance standard increase of coking industry, high efficiency, no pollution, resource recovery become the development mainstream of desulfurization technology. This paper describes the current status of gas desulfurization system in the coking plant, combining with the actual problems of sulfur melting system, desulfurization tower and other, carries out transformation. After transformed the flue gas SO2 emission concentration reaches the emission limits of new environmental protection laws and regulations, achieves economic and environmental win -win results.
