摘 要:为解决蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体使用过程中经常出现裂缝的问题,通过正交试验的方法研制蒸压加气混凝土砌块专用砂浆,主要以砂浆稠度、28 d砂浆立方体抗压强度为研究依据,以水泥、砂、粉煤灰、水4个因素为主要研究对象,每个因素取3个水平,分析4个因素在各自水平上对砂浆稠度及28 d砂浆立方体抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,水用量为砂浆稠度的主要影响因素,砂用量及粉煤灰用量为28 d砂浆立方体抗压强度的主要影响因素。通过综合分析,初步确定了蒸压加气混凝土砌块专用砂浆的配合比,即水泥、砂、粉煤灰、水、羟丙基甲基纤维素、引气剂的用量分别为258、1550、62、279、0.64、0.064 kg/m3。与普通砂浆相比,该砂浆更能满足工程实际的需要,且在节能环保方面具有重要意义。In order to solve the problem of cracks using autoclaved aerated concrete masonry.The method of orthogonal test was conducted to develop autoclaved aerated concrete and mortar.h is mainly based on the study of the consistency of mortar,28 d mortar cube compressive strength. In this paper,cement, sand, fly ash,water four factors as the main object of study.Take three levels of each factor and analyze the four factors in their level have impact on the consistency of mortar, 28 d mortar cube compressive strength in their level.The results show that the water consumption is the main influence factor of mortar consistency.The amount of sand and fly ash is the major factor that influences the compressive strength of mortar cubes.The special mortar mix proportion has been preliminarily determined through comprehensive analysis.As a result,the amount of each component is following:cement is 258 kg/m^3,sand is 1550 kg/m^3,fly ash is 62 kg/m^3,water is 279 kg/m^3,HPMC is 0.64 kg/m^3 and air entraining agent is 0.064 kg/m^3.Compared with the ordinary mortar,the mortar can meet the needs of engineering practice,at the same time,the utilization of fly ash,have important implications in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection.
