开展品管圈活动降低医院静脉输液渗漏率

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动降低医院患者静脉输液渗漏率的效果。方法成立品管圈,圈员对患者发生静脉输液渗漏的原因进行现状把握、要因分析、设定目标值,拟定具体对策加以实施:培训静脉穿刺技术,提高穿刺成功率;加强护患沟通,做好健康教育;改进操作环境,正确选用输液材料;加强对护理人员的管理;提高护士静脉输液的理论水平,拓展药学知识。结果开展品管圈活动前静脉输液渗漏率为9.05%,活动后为4.18%,活动前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);活动后圈员能力提高,进步率53.81%、目标达成率113.79%。结论开展品管圈活动能有效降低静脉输液渗漏率,促进护理质量的持续改进。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） activities on reducing infusion site leakage.Methods A QCC team was formed to work on the project of how to reduce infusion site leakage through a series of steps of running investigations,causal analysis,setting goals,formulating strategies,and implementing improvement measures.The improvement measures included providing training in venipuncture skills,strengthening nurse-patient communication and health education,improving operating environment,selecting appropriate infusion devices,strengthening management of nursing personnel,and expanding nurses＇ infusion and pharmacy knowledge.Results The incidence of infusion site leakage was 9.05％ before QCC and 4.18％ after QCC,with significant difference between them （P＜0.01）.The causes of leakage were changed and quality of QCC members were improved after QCC activities.The rate of improvement and rate of goal achieving were 53.81％ and 113.79 ％ respectively.Conclusion QCC helps to reduce infusion site leakage,and continuously improves nursing quality.
