关键事件分析法在手术室护理安全培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过关键事件分析法对手术室护理人员进行安全培训,提高护理人员辨别、处理风险的能力。方法收集近5年来发生在国内外及本科室的典型不良事件,由护士长和安全质控小组成员进行筛选,确定本科室的关键事件,制定关键事件专题培训计划,每个季度选择一个关键事件主题,采用头脑风暴法各抒己见,找出科室的薄弱环节,提出改进措施。结果护理人员接受安全培训后,降低了科室的不良事件发生率、护理安全质量有较大的提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),护士主动上报安全隐患的事例增加。结论关键事件分析法能降低手术室不良事件的发生,保障手术患者安全,提高手术室护理质量。Objective To improve nurses＇ ability to identify and handle risks by providing safety training in the operating room through Critical Incident Method （CIM）.Methods Typical adverse events occurred in the operating room or reported at local and abroad in recent five years were collected and selected by head nurses and quality control group members to establish a ＇critical incident＇ file,and critical incident training plan was worked out：one theme of critical event was chosen for a season,then nurses putforward their views on the weak points through brainstorming,and then improvement measures were formulated and implemented.Results After training,the incidence of adverse nursing events declined significantly,while the nursing safety quality was improved significantly （P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.Counts of nurses＇ voluntarily reporting safety hazards increased.Conclusion The implementation of Critical Incident Method helps to reduce the incidence of adverse events,guarantee patient safety and improve the nursing quality of surgery in the operating room.
