摘　　要：系统分析美国民航后备队产生的背景,归纳总结美国民航后备队建设的特点及经验,并在此基础上研究提出对我国民航后备力量建设的启示,以推动我国民航后备力量建设。The paper systematically analyzes the background of US Civil Reserve Air Fleet （CRAF） generation, summarizes the characteristics and experiences of its construction, and puts forward its inspiration for our CRAF construction, so as to promote our CRAF construction.
