当代军校学员心理危机探析

摘　　要：军校学员正处于"问题年龄期",发展任务的艰巨性与心理成熟的滞后性极易使其陷入心理危机。探讨军校学员心理危机的主要表现及其成因,提出军校学员心理危机干预要综合多方因素,建立健全相关机制,努力做到心理问题尽早发现、及时预防、有效干预。Cadets are in ＂problem age＂, who tend to fall into psychological crisis because of arduous development task and lagging psychological growth. Based on introducing psychological crisis and its intervention modes, the paper discusses main performances and the reasons of cadet＇ s psychological crisis, and puts forward that the intervention should combine multiple elements, establish and perfect relative mechanism, and make efforts to find earlier, prevent in time and intervene effectively the psychological problems.
