摘　　要：新中国成立初期,内蒙古工矿企业开展了大规模的民主改革运动。由于内蒙古各级党组织和人民政府的正确领导,民主改革运动取得了彻底胜利。经过民主改革运动,彻底废除了内蒙古工矿企业中的封建把头制度和其他压迫工人的封建管理制度,清除了封建残余势力,建立起了一系列新的促进生产发展的管理制度,加强了工人阶级内部的团结,促进了生产的发展。At the preliminary stage of the founding of New China,a large scale of democratic reform was carried out in the industrial and mining enterprises in Inner Mongolia,which gained a fundamental success under the leadership of Inner Mongolia government at all levels. The reform completely abolished the feudalistic system of foreman and other management regulations which oppressed workers,eliminated the remains of feudalism and set up a new series of management system for promoting the industrial production. This strengthened the unity among workers and contributed to the development of industry.
